About this Event
We are thrilled to introduce the Deadly Dozen Racing Series to the United States! With the standard and main event taking place on a 400m track with 12 "Labours," or workout stations, we are bringing the simplified intro version that will get you hooked.
The Deadly Fitness Test, or DFT, consists of 6 x 400m runs alternating between 6 weighted movement stations. Starting with the 400m run, participants will alternate Run/Movement throughout the 6 stations.
The movement stations, or "Labours," are all rep based as follows:
Weights are listed as (Men/Women) x (# of DBs/KBs)
60 Single Kettle Bell Deadlift (70/53lbs) x 1
60 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (35/20lbs) x 1
60 Kettlebell Goblet Squat (35/25lbs) x 1
60 Dumbbell Push Press (30/15lbs) x 2
60 Weight Plate Clean & Press (45/25lbs) x 1
20 Dumbbell Devils Press (25/12lbs) x 2
This is for all fitness levels! There will be standard weights used, but scaling options will be available and everyone will be able to walk if needed. This will be a fun, community event designed to introduce participants to the Deadly Fitness Racing Series.
