Indian SoundBath in Glasgow WITH REIKI | June 2026

Join us at The Arlington Baths Club on 07 June 2026 at 3:30pm for a calming, restorative Sunday afternoon designed to help you slow down, soften, and reset for the week ahead. Today we offer you a unique soundbath with complementary individual reiki.

The Experience

Starting with yoga nidra, we will take you on a meditative journey. With each breath, you sink deeper into a state of relaxation, allowing a gentle blend of handmade Indian soundbath instruments to carry you into a state of blissful serenity.

While the sound healing continues, you experience energy transference from our reiki practitioner. This is a nurturing space to unwind, de-stress, and settle into stillness.

Did you know?

In India, soundbaths are part of an ancient tradition called Nada Yoga, also known as the Yoga of Sound. It is a spiritual practice that emphasizes the use of sound and vibration to enhance meditation and self-awareness.

Reiki is a form of energy healing, created by Mikao Usui in Japan in the 1920s. Reiki practitioners use a technique called hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the client, to encourage emotional or physical healing. It is based on qi, which practitioners say is a universal life force.

Both soundbaths and reiki are gentle but powerful channels of universal energy. You will feel refreshed, rebalanced and restored. Do come along for this unique experience.
