Vada Pav is a spiced potato round seasoned with herbs and Indian spices that is fried and served on a roll with crispy gram flour noodles, chutney and fried green chilies. Then we will make Samosa Spiced Veggie Grilled Cheese with a spicy cheddar. Both will be served with chili and lemon potato chips and Mango Lassi.
