Come and learn how to create a full Indian menu comprising of a starter, meat or Veg main dish, veg side dish, rice dish & dips or chutney. You will also get a small presentation on the history of Indian cuisine and its journey to the UK. This will also include a demonstration of spices and their use in Indian cookery. All cookery classes are conducted in my home kitchen in stratford and all recipes are provided.
