On the Menu:
Chicken Tikki Masala – Tender pieces of chicken simmered in a creamy, spiced tomato sauce. Students will learn how to build a deeply flavored curry base using aromatics and toasted spices for a rich, balanced dish.
Jeera Rice – Fragrant basmati rice infused with toasted cumin seeds and finished with fresh herbs. A simple yet essential side that highlights the importance of technique in perfectly cooked rice.
Chana Masala – A hearty chickpea curry simmered with tomatoes, onions, garlic, and warming spices. This vegetarian classic teaches layering spices and developing depth in a plant-based dish.
Raita– A cool, refreshing yogurt sauce blended with cucumber, herbs, and spices. Served as a balancing accompaniment, raita helps temper heat and round out the meal.
