Step into a world of rhythmic precision and storytelling at Indian Classical Night, the opening performance of the Jamestown Dance Festival, presented by Sukanya Burman Dance. This evening features masterful solo and ensemble performances from four outstanding artists rooted in rich classical traditions: Sri Thina Dance and company (Bharatanatyam/Odissi), and Sukanya Burman (Bharatanatyam). Each artist brings their own unique voice to centuries-old forms, highlighting the expressive power and cultural depth of Indian classical dance.
This performance will take place at Jamestown Community College’s Scharmann Theater beginning at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $10, free for JCC students, and additional discounts are available for seniors, students, and low-income community members.
