Een hands-on workshop rond care teams en beleid omtrent comfort, veiligheid en inclusie binnen de culturele en nightlife scene. We bieden praktische handvaten voor organisatoren en collectieven om inclusiebeleid en care teams concreet vorm te geven.
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗴𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗸: 𝟭𝟵:𝟯𝟬 - 𝟮𝟭:𝟬𝟬
Een gesprek over de structurele uitdagingen rond inclusie in de sector met sprekers over inclusieve communicatie, programmatie, organisatie en techniek.
We beginnen eerst met jullie input te vragen door een interactie gaan met jullie en zetten vervolgens jullie input verder in het dialoog.
We vertrekken vanuit gedeelde vragen, zetten in op dialoog, verbinding en het vermijden van polarisatie met ruimte voor zowel uitdagingen als positieve evoluties.

“À Fonds sessies” is een initiatief van de VGC waarbij jongeren, projecten en organisaties samenkomen om kennis, ervaringen en expertise te delen. Tijdens deze sessies leer je van experts en professionals uit verschillende vakgebieden aan de hand van workshops, vormingen, talks en masterclasses.
Het doel is om een inspirerende omgeving te creëren waar iedereen, ongeacht hun achtergrond of doel, waardevolle inzichten en vaardigheden kan opdoen. Op de À Fonds-sessies is iedereen welkom die een project voor of door jongeren uitvoert!

An interactive session focused on care teams and policies regarding comfort, safety, and inclusion within the cultural and nightlife scene.
We offer practical tools for organizers and collectives to concretely shape inclusion policies and care teams.

A conversation about the structural challenges around inclusion in the sector, with speakers addressing inclusive communication, programming, organization, and technical aspects.

The goal is to create an inspiring environment where everyone, regardless of their background or goals, can gain valuable insights and skills. The À Fonds sessions are open to anyone working on a project for or by young people!
