Cathy uses special headphones designed to deliver music and her voice directly into your ear with no outside distractions. Making this experience a very unique and personal.
The sun's penetrative energy provides for energetic aspect. The 14th of November on the full moon you will feel the moon's strong Yin pull. Practicing by the moon's element, the sea increases her cool energetic acceptance.
