Join Rebecca owner of Gypsylife Wellness and Mermaid Heather owner of Namaste a Mermaids Oasis for a night of centering, releasing, flowing with your pints to some heart opening poses by the fire under the moon and ending with burning all that no longer servers you!!

•Writing- with more space and connection to self your able to see clearly what needs to be let go aka write down and BURN 🔥
•Fire Ceremony- we finish the evening burning the paper with the list of things that no longer serves you and leave empowered to follow through

The full Moon November 2024 marks a time when some of the first snow falls in the northern US and Canada. It’s a time when most trees and shrubs have shed their leaves. Frost gathers on blades of grass and beavers begin to build their dams before the ground freezes. Hence the traditional full Moon name, “Beaver Moon.” Winter is coming.
