On Saturday, April 5, from 2-6 PM, Wildcat Brothers Distilling and Mountain-Cajun Getaway are bringing the best of both worlds to Gator Cove in Lafayette, LA, featuring the exclusive release of West Virginia maple syrup aged in Louisiana rum barrels.
This one-day-only pop-up event will showcase handcrafted maple-infused cocktails, maple-inspired dishes, and vendors celebrating the artistry of both regions.
More than just a festival and maple expo, this collaboration is about giving back. Proceeds from the event will go toward veterans’ mental health programs, supporting those who have served while bringing communities together through food, drink, and culture. Mountain-Cajun Getaway is a West Virginia-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide combat veterans with a tranquil retreat where they can reconnect with their most important asset—their family.
