You’re invited to the first ever Downtown Duck Drop! Coming Monday, November 25 at 12pm to The Fringe in Downtown BGKY, this is the simplest and hilarious fundraiser you’ll be part of all year! Thanks to the partnership of the City of BG, Duncan Hines Days, Stuff the Bus Foundation of Southern Kentucky, Houchens Food Group, D93, BG Independent Schools District, and Warren County Public Library.
Buy a duck for $5.00, a duck is your chance to win a $100 Houchens gift card for Thanksgiving dinner + a Downtown BGKY goody basket for the holidays.
The City’s Public Works team is dropping a bucket of rubber ducks at The Fringe live for this event, and the duck landing nearest to a target on the asphalt wins the prizes. All monies fundraised go toward A Better BGKY, a new 501c3 whose mission is to support community programming in Bowling Green and Warren County. Funds raised for this event go toward Duncan Hines Days annual events and Downtown community programs.
