A free, confidential support group for current WKU students struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, suicidal ideation and/or other mental health issues. Led by two NAMI certified facilitators, the group provides an opportunity for students to support, connect with, and encourage other students struggling with mental health issues. Meetings are held in Room 203 of the Academic Complex (AC) and free pizza and drinks are provided. No formal mental health diagnosis is required to attend, and meetings are strictly confidential.
