About this Event
This two-hour event will feature curated live poetry readings, guided reflection, and thoughtful conversation. We're creating space to examine body image, unlearn harmful narratives, and reconnect with ourselves beyond physical appearance. Select photography artwork by Lindsey Burns and inspired by the themes of the evening will also be on display throughout the space.
We are also inviting women to participate by submitting original poetry centered on the themes of body image, empowerment, and worthiness - interpreted through your own lens. You may read your own work or ask for someone else to read it.
Submissions should be approximately 2-4 minutes in length. The submission deadline is April 3rd.
Click here to submit poetry or apply to read.
Whether you come to listen, reflect, or share your voice, you are welcome here.
