This event contains TWO (2) choices of Mountain Bike Races!WILD WEST (Loops 1&5):
The Wild West Mountain Bike Race is a 3 lap Solo or Team event on Northshore (loops 1, 5, and a little bit of loop 6). These loops have excellent flow with few technical areas making it a great course for first time riders. Each lap is approximately 6 miles in length with terrain that varies between fast, flowy sections with a few rocky climbs and descents.
WICKED WEST (Loops 5 & 6):
Feeling Spicy? The Wicked West Mountain Bike Race is a 3-lap solo or team event on Northshore trails west side (loops 5 & 6). The west side of this trail is known for its rugged terrain and excellent scenery as you ride along the heavily wooded northern shore of Grapevine Lake. Each lap is approximately 6.5 miles in length with terrain that varies between fast, flowy sections to very technical rock gardens. Please note that sections of this trail have advanced technical trail features. Novice and intermediate riders are advised to walk these areas.
