In The Mix: Creative Mental Health Support for Parents & Young People

What is this event?

This is a welcoming, relaxed evening for parents/carers and their young people to feel supported, informed, and connected.

While parents and carers meet, chat and share experiences, young people will take part in a fun creative taster session in our studio.

For Parents & Carers:

• A chance to talk openly with other parents
• Practical advice and signposting to local support
• Learn about creative mental health programmes, including In The Mix

For Young People:

• A gentle creative taster session
• Explore music, animation & digital art
• Build confidence, express yourself, and meet others
• Led by friendly, experienced facilitators
• Quiet spaces available if needed

No experience needed. No pressure to perform or speak.
