If you’re a founder, freelancer or part of a small team, you know how easy it is to hit the edge of burnout without even realising it.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re creating a calm, supportive co‑working day designed to help you slow down, focus gently, and explore burnout with the help of a therapist and wellbeing specialist.
Burnout isn’t a rare exception anymore, it’s becoming the norm. This event gives you a safe, practical and human space to talk honestly about pressure, fatigue and resilience, with expert guidance and tools you can use immediately.
