Who should attend? Everyone Welcome to Attend! Please note, you will be getting up and off the floor during the yoga practice portion.
What to bring & wear? Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat, blanket and other needed class props. Limited yoga mats and other props are available to use at the studio.
