This class is designed for you to expand your yoga practice through usage of weight dumbbells as an additional element.

-Begin with self reflection through short mindfulness
-Move into a dynamic yoga flow using weights, deep stretches and sun salutations
-End with guided relaxation.
*Who should attend? This practice is meant for everyone – all levels are welcome to join.
