Join us for this collaborative in-store experience with a Lift class from Light + Liv, led by instructor, Alli Howell.

Move through a 60-minute, all-levels body and weight Lift class designed to help you reset, recharge, and connect. After class, stay and enjoy community and conversation while shopping our newest gear and refueling.

We’ll be keeping the morning going with coffee and additional treats and surprises provided by lululemon. You’ll also have the opportunity to shop the store before opening and be part of the Light + Liv community.

Come start your morning strong, connect with others, and experience what makes this community so special.

Please bring your water, mat, towel, and comfortable clothing to move in. This is a BYOM (bring your own mat) event.
