Get ready for another unforgettable morning of movement, music, and post-workout cheers! We’re bringing back Cycle Sips & Lift with a fresh format for 2026 and we cannot wait to sweat it out with you!

• June 7- Wear BLUE 💙 (Turning Point Mental Health Awareness Donation)
• August 2 - Wear ORANGE 🧡 (Alliance for Suicide Prevention of Larimer County Donation)
• September 6- Wear PURPLE 💜 (Crossroads Safe House Domestic Violence Awareness Donation)
• October 11- Wear RED ❤️ (Heart Health Awareness Donation to Heart Safe City)

🕤 Start Time: 9:30AM
Please arrive between 9:00–9:15AM to check in at the CycleBar tent.

⏱️ Event Ends Around 11:30AM

• 30 minutes of Cycle
• 30 minutes of Lift with Pursuit
• 15 minute reset + transition
• Post-workout cheers with a well-earned 🍺

Half the group will start on the bike while the other half starts with Lift — then we switch!

Pro tip: Arrive early if you have a preference on where you start 😉

We will have SPD cycling shoes and cages available if needed.
