The Inner Temple (In-Person Gathering)🩸�{A Journey of Menstruation and Beyond}
Join us as we explore the Inner Temple of menstruation and our cyclic nature as women. Learn how to nourish, nurture, and support your body through the seasons—this is where you will begin to blossom!
This workshop was created with the sole intention of providing you with tools to help you connect more deeply with your body. Discover the art of menstruation as a time of deep inward journey, reflection, and renewal.
We gather as women, intentionally discussing the taboo topics of menstruation and the burdens and shame often placed upon us. The change starts with us!
This workshop is open to women from all walks of life and will benefit anyone who arrives with curiosity.

🩸The taboo of menstruation and how it’s changing
🩸Guided womb meditation
🩸Herbal teas and vegan dinner provided
🩸An opportunity to share your relationship with your cycle and womb
