Spring is the season of renewal, of planting seeds, shaking off the heaviness of winter, and leaning into lightness once more.
For 21 days, we invite you to commit to your practice, to step into the studio again and again and feel the power of being accountable to yourself through repetition, commitment and devotion. Over three weeks, we’ll move through the themes of Growth, Renewal, and Balance, with little challenges to inspire you beyond the mat.
The benefits? A steady body, a calmer mind, a brighter spirit, and a deeper sense of belonging to community.
$99 includes unlimited classes for the challenge, FREE for members.
he challenge is simple:
* Attend as many classes as you can in 21 days
* Aim for at least 4 studio practices each week — balance your schedule with both gentle and active classes
* Mark your name on the studio whiteboard each time you come to class to win prizes!
Weekly Themes & Mini-Challenges
Week 1: Growth
* Theme in class: planting seeds, new beginnings
* Mini challenge: try a class you haven’t done before
* Reflection prompt: “Where do I want to grow in my life?”
Week 2: Renewal
* Theme in class: cleansing, clearing
* Mini challenge: do a 5-minute meditation at home (we’ll provide a simple recording or breath exercise)
* Reflection prompt: “What do I need to let go of to feel lighter?”
Week 3: Energy & Balance
* Theme in class: cultivating energy, finding equilibrium
* Mini challenge: practice mindful eating for one meal OR spend 20 minutes outdoors in nature
* Reflection prompt: “Where do I feel most in balance?”
