Join GEM London for an exciting social and visit at the London Canal Museum. Discover their approaches to learning and take part in their popular ice cream making demonstration.

We invite London‑based GEM members to an in‑person social and exclusive after‑hours visit, exploring the museum’s approach to learning and engagement.

18:00 - 18:15 Arrivals

18:15 - 18:25 Welcome from Emily, Learning Manager at the museum, and introduction to the London Canal Museum's Learning Programmes

18:25 - 19:15 Take part in their popular Builders Workshop and meet the museum’s Mrs Marshall, known as the Victorian Queen of Ices!

19:15 - 20:00 Social (refreshments provided, including hand-made ice cream from the museum).
