IN-PERSON Tuesdays: DIY TAX PREP LIVE!

Are you ready to file your taxes but need a little help? Tuesdays DIY – Do Your Own Tax Preparation with Support are hybrid tax assistance sessions. IRS-trained and certified volunteers will be available to guide you as you prepare and file your own tax return for the 2026 filing season. These hands-on sessions are designed for individuals and families who want to understand their taxes while receiving trusted assistance.

• Tuesday, February 17th (6pm - 7:30pm)
• Tuesday, February 24th (6pm - 7:30pm)
• Tuesday, March 3rd (6pm - 7:30pm)
• Tuesday, March 10th (6pm - 7:30pm)

• Registration is required
• Select In-Person or Zoom when registering
• Limited in-person seats available
• For online attendees: Zoom link will be emailed prior to the session

• Individuals or families with simple to moderate tax returns
• First-time filers or those who want help navigating tax software

To make the most of your session, please bring all applicable documents:

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security card or ITIN documentation for you, your spouse, and all dependents
• Last year’s tax return (if available)

• W-2s (from all employers)
• 1099 forms (1099-NEC, 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-R, SSA-1099, etc.)
• Unemployment income statement (1099-G)

• Childcare expenses (provider name, address, EIN/SSN)
• Education expenses (Form 1098-T, tuition statements)
• Student loan interest (1098-E)
• Mortgage interest (1098)
• Property tax records
• Charitable contributions

• Health insurance forms (1095-A, B, or C, if applicable)
• Bank routing and account numbers (for direct deposit)
