We are so excited to welcome back a familiar face to our FIT4MOM community!
Former FIT4MOM mom and now local business owner, Brianna Rendin, LPC, PLLC, will be joining us after class on Friday, March 6 for a relaxed coffee + connection meet-up.
Brianna has over 10 years of experience working with children in school settings and play therapy, and she specializes in supporting families navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, and depression. As a mom of three boys, she understands firsthand how important it is for moms ā especially new moms ā to feel supported.
Sheāll be bringing coffee for the moms ā and a play-based coloring activity for the kids šØ so you can chat, connect, and learn more about the work she does.
Our Playgroup Captain will be there to help facilitate and make sure everyone (moms and littles) has what they need ā so all you have to do is stay, sip, and enjoy the community.
Whether youāre looking for resources, curious about play therapy, or simply want to connect with another local mom-owned business, weād love for you to stay after class.
