About this Event
Whether you’re getting grants, selling or performing art, self-employed or have an LLC, filing your taxes can be a confusing process. Join us for a free in person tax workshop facilitated by Logan Cryer on Thursday, March 13th from 6pm-7pm.
This workshop will cover the basics of taxes for artists, including separating personal and artistic finances, Schedule C filing, self-employment versus employment, and tracking deductions. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and learn more in a setting tailored to those working in arts and culture.

VENUE ACCESSIBILITY
The session will take place on the second floor. There is a concrete step to enter the vestibule, and a short staircase which leads to the carpeted lobby. From there, guests can take an elevator which opens to the second-floor ballroom, where our session will take place.
This is not an ADA accessible venue. However, there is a wheelchair access ramp leading from the sidewalk to a lift that opens to the lobby. There is also a second access ramp at the back of the building if for any reason the front entrance ramp is not available. Please note that there are three steps without an access ramp between the second-floor ballroom and the restrooms, which are gender neutral.
