Important Note:

If you're vacuum packaging, conducting sous vide, utilizing cook-chill methods, making acidified rice, or performing any other high-risk processes, an approved HACCP plan is required before implementing these procedures. If you're already using one of these methods without a plan, your business could be exposed to unnecessary risks.

Back to the CFPM training—this course and exam meet the state requirement that every retail food establishment must have at least one certified manager on staff. Our certifications are recognized nationally and are valid for five years.
