This interactive workshop will cover essential skills such as time management, effective study techniques, self-regulation and self-care, all specifically designed to address the unique challenges faced by students with ADHD in 3rd level education. During the session, you’ll have opportunities to engage with the occupational therapists and link what you’re learning to your own experience .
