The workshop includes •physical/dance training, mental training and reflection •walking and silent wandering •multiple modes of experiencing body, movement and landscape •diverse senses of space and time •drawing, writing, mark-making and mental topographies of place •local geology, archaeology, history.
An integral part of the workshop will be individual artistic projects that participants are encouraged to formulate and work on for 1-2 hours a day. The workshop leaders are available to guide and support these processes.
