In Person - Healthy Living 101

This FREE seven-class series is to educate all community members on prevention of chronic illnesses, SMART goals, healthy meal planning and diets, fitness, and more. Classes will be offered in person and on Zoom. This class series is geared more toward the 65+ population but has useful information for everyone. A light lunch will be provided to all who register for the in-person classes. Below are class topics.

March 5th: How to Live Healthy

March 26th: Nourish for Now and Future

April 2nd: Get Some Pep Back in your Step

April 9th: Healthy Whole Self

April 16th: Wrap up and Question and Answer Panel
