Drop-in Yoga Class

When: Tuesdays, 5pm to 6pm and 6:15pm to 7:15pm

Where: Haelan Clinic Yoga Studio, Crouch End, N8 8DT

Join me for an energising yoga class to end your working day! This is an hour-long flowing movement practice, designed to get you out of the mind and into the body. This class requires some (though not tons!) of yoga experience, and the ability to move from seated to standing using props, a wall or a chair.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (though we'll have a couple of spares). All other props will be provided.

This class takes place at the Haelan Centre Yoga Studio, 41 The Broadway, Crouch End, London, N8 8DT. To access the studio, please ring the buzzer at the Haelan Clinic door (just to the left of the ice cream/coffee hatch!). It's requested that you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before class.
