Join us for a hands-on culinary experience where you’ll learn the art of making fresh, handmade ravioli from scratch. In this interactive class, you’ll receive step-by-step guidance on making and kneading fresh pasta dough. You'll learn techniques for rolling, shaping and sealing ravioli to perfection, and how to prepare a creamy, herb-infused ricotta cheese filling. The chef will demonstrate how to prepare a classic tomato sauce to pair with your fresh ravioli, and by the end of class, you'll even know how to plate your ravioli with a restaurant-worthy finish. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned home cook, this class is designed to build your confidence and skills in the kitchen!

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive. Guests will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
