In-Person Class: Fettuccine, Farfalle, and Garganelli (DC)

Join Chef Troy for a fun, interactive cooking class where you’ll learn to craft three classic pasta shapes—Fettuccine, Farfalle, and Garganelli—completely from scratch. From mixing and kneading silky pasta dough to shaping each unique style by hand and with a pasta machine, you’ll build the skills and confidence to recreate these Italian favorites at home.

What You’ll Make:
You’ll prepare fresh pasta in three shapes and pair them with two simple, delicious sauces—Tomato Basil and Garlic Butter—both made with fresh, accessible ingredients. Chef Troy will guide you step-by-step through each recipe, making the process approachable for beginners and engaging for more experienced home cooks.

Whether you’re planning a fun date night, a family-friendly outing, or simply want to expand your cooking repertoire, this class blends hands-on learning with lively conversation and plenty of tasting. All tools and ingredients are provided!

No experience necessary!
Our classes are designed to be casual, approachable, and fun for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned cook or a total beginner. With your workstation fully prepped, all you need to do is show up ready to cook, learn, and enjoy.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
You will be seated with your booking party and may work with other students in groups of 2–5 by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside beverages are not permitted. Classes intended for 18+.
