IN-PERSON Calm, Clear, Connect breathwork session

Join me for this beautiful breathwork session, designed to:

- CALM the nervous system

- CLEAR stress from the body

- CONNECT you back to yourself, your heart and the present moment

This will be a beautiful, small and intimate breathwork session and will take place at City Sanctuary Therapies on Foregate Street, Worcester. Please bring along whatever you need to create a comfy nest that you can snuggle down in: a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, cushion, etc.

Please note that one of the breathwork techniques we will use is not suitable during pregnancy or if you have epilepsy or a serious carviovascular health issue.
