This is an IN-PERSON class at the Vanderbilt Birth Center.

This class is available only for first-time parents who are also clients at the Vanderbilt Birth Center.

This registration is for the full series on Thursdays 10/2, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13 from 6 to 8 pm CST. NO CLASS 10/9.

Join us for our Birth Journey Childbirth Class happening at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This in-person class will kick off on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 6:00 PM and will run every Thursday until November 13, 2025 EXCEPT no class on 10/9.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through everything you need to know about childbirth, from labor and delivery to postpartum care. You'll also have the chance to meet other expectant parents and build a support network for your journey ahead.
