This is an IN-PERSON class at the Vanderbilt Birth Center.

This class is available only for first-time parents who are also clients at the Vanderbilt Birth Center.

This registration is for the full series on Mondays 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, 12/1, 12/8 from 6 to 8 pm CST. NO CLASS 11/24 FOR THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY.

Join us for our Birth Journey Childbirth Class happening at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. This in-person class will kick off on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 6:00 PM and will run, except for 11/24, every Monday until December 8, 2025.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through everything you need to know about childbirth, from labor and delivery to postpartum care. You'll also have the chance to meet other expectant parents and build a support network for your journey ahead.
