Come join us every Saturday for a one hour fast paced and well structured functional training session. Each bootcamp will begin with 10 to 15 minutes of core training followed up with a killer workout scaled to each person’s abilities. Finish off with 12-15 minutes of stretching.Bootcamp will start Saturday, July 27th. Classes are one hour long and will begin at 8:00am.
