Award-winning Wisconsin author Amy Pease joins novelist Jill Stukenberg for a conversation about “Wildwood,” the gripping sequel to her acclaimed debut, “Northwoods.”
Set in an idyllic resort town in Wisconsin’s Northwoods, Pease’s atmospheric crime series follows Deputy Sheriff Eli North and his mother, the county sheriff, as they confront the secrets hidden beneath the surface of their close-knit community. In “Wildwood”, the disappearance of an undercover informant draws them into an investigation involving exploitation, corruption, and a criminal network reaching far beyond their small town.
