Improvisation And Dance Play
About this Event
Improvisation & Dance Play is exactly what it sounds like: an opportunity to move, explore, and create in the moment. Through movement prompts, games, and guided improvisation activities, participants will discover new ways of moving while building confidence, creativity, and connection. This class invites you to set perfection aside and embrace curiosity, experimentation, and play. Whether you're an experienced dancer or completely new to movement, you'll find a welcoming space to explore and express yourself.
No prior dance experience required. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring water.
