-Describe selected clinical interviewing strategies (ETHNIC, BATHE, PREGNANT, and RESPECT) that can be employed to elicit the patient’s perspective & to foster a therapeutic alliance

-Share best practices & resources for integrating cultural competency into health care organizations & service delivery systems
