In collaboration with City St George’s, University of London and East London NHS Foundation Trust, we are pleased to invite you to a one-day mental health conference.
DIALOG+ is the first - and so far, only - model to improve outcomes of mental health care through routine patient-clinician meetings. It has the potential to make care in various settings patient-centred and significantly more effective. However, implementation faces a range of technical, organisational and practical hurdles. This one-day conference will show the current state of the art, highlight good practice and discuss ways forward.
