Join me for my next Feldenkrais workshop Saturday 25 January 2025.
Discover new pathways for everyday movements as you explore the benefits of reducing effort, finding skeletal support, breath awareness, eliminating resistance and finding ease.
This workshop will complement all disciplines and activities, helping you to move, sit, stand and live in a healthier way. Learn how to listen to your body to increase the quality and ease of all your daily movements whilst calming and soothing your nervous system.
Whether you’re a regular student or thinking of starting out, this Feldenkrais workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities.
