Improv Workshop with Brendon Bennetts - Things To Do When You Dont Know What To Do

When we are feeling inspired improv feels very easy, but sometimes we find ourselves onstage with no idea what to do next. That is when we need strategies.
In this workshop we will try out a range of strategies to jump start inspiration and get you back into the scene.
The majority of the workshop will be doing exercises in groups, then moving into performing in front of the class in the last part of the workshop.

Brendon Bennetts has been performing and directing improvisation for the Court Jesters in Christchurch since 2002, this year directing the improv show Death at Murder Manor. He Dungeon Masters for Dungeons & Comedians, teaches high school English, and in his spare time writes plays, most recently Murder Mystery on the Tormore Express.
