Improv-4-Anxiety
About this Event
Want to learn a fun way to combat social anxiety? Join us for our Improv-4-Anxiety program! Together, we will laugh our way through theatre improv games & use the power of comedy to learn new skills in a fun and welcoming environment.
Improvisation helps individuals connect, learn social and emotional cues, and build confidence for various situations such as job interviews, public speaking, and reading aloud. It sets a foundation to conquer fears and develop necessary skills to be successful in school, the work place, and in daily life.
