Join us for an outdoor workout led by a team of all female coaches, live DJ, and post-workout cool-down. Our event will feature woman owned business vendor tables, post workout guest speakers, sponsored goodies & sponsored raffle basket giveaways, featuring all female owned businesses.

Join the Ladies Lift Team on Sunday, July 21, 2024 for an Outdoor Workout at Stackt Market - an outdoor complex in Toronto, designed entirely out of shipping containers. The market is known for its ever-evolving cultural marketplace featuring a mix of shops, a microbrewery, top chefs, beautiful city views and lots of ongoing community programming.

The HIIT / Strenth-Training workout will be led by our Team of hand-picked renowned female Personal Trainers & Coaches from the GTA.

Your Warm-Up and Cool-Down will be led by Sweat and Tonic. A Toronto Fitness Club brand that offers HIIT training, pilates, spin, and yoga classes.

Your workout will be followed by a presentation by our featured guest speakers, along with post-workout fuel & refreshments.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to mingle and network with each other throughout the event, as well as meet & support our local business vendors. All our vendor and sponsor tables will feature some of our favourite female-owned businesses from the GTA.

Your registration also includes a free entry to our raffle baskets, featuring items provided by our lovely sponsors.
