Afro-Caribbean Farmers’ Market & Little Jamaica Freedom Through Food Tour!

Join us in Little Jamaica! Our tour begin at the Afro-Caribbean Farmers’ Market, Little Jamaica’s summer cultural hub, where you will meet black entrepreneurs who are helping shape the new black food space and help us celebrate Juneteenth. Together, we will walk the Eglinton strip and visit the brick-and-mortar shops, hear their stories and taste some Caribbean food and treats!

Come explore the neighbourhood, rain or shine!

We'll share details on the exact locations and what to expect closer to the date. Be sure to bring a waterbottle and come dressed for the weather. This tour is led in English and includes walking approximately 2km, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes. If you require support to be able to fully participate in the tour please let us know so that we can accommodate you!

This tour is one of a series offered through marketcityTO as part of Toronto's Public Markets Week (June 16-22) and is part of the #ILoveTorontoMarkets campaign.
