Live instruments rooted in global traditions honouring cultures, elements and times, merge with carefully tuned harmonics, modern technology all within a spatial sound field. The listener is gently held in a vibrational cocoon, where sound travels around and through the body, awakening an intimate dialogue between sensation, energy, and the inner world.

Who we are

We are Fabio Florido and Mona Ulrich, bringing together over a decade of experience across music, sound, movement, and healing practices.

Our paths met in the Andes of Peru, in a moment of deep transformation for both of us, where it became clear that we were to unite our lived experiences and offer them in service through sound, breath, and intention.

Fabio’s path weaves together 15 years in the electronic music scene with ancient sounds and healing frequencies, while Mona blends yogic wisdom, breathwork, sound, voice, and nervous system practices rooted in her own healing journey.

Blending ancient traditions with modern approaches and over a decade of experience, our work is rooted in the understanding that frequency is at the core of all life — guiding immersive spaces for regulation, remembrance, and inner harmony.
