Immersive Sound Baths with Individual Reiki & Tuning Fork Alignment

You’re warmly welcomed into a series of calm, spacious evenings rooted in sound, presence, and community care.

These gatherings are designed to support slowing down and reconnecting, both within yourself and alongside others who are also seeking a softer pace. Through sound, stillness, precise vibration, and shared presence, the intention is to create conditions that support balance, clarity, and nervous system calming, individually and collectively.

This immersive sound bath series is facilitated by , a Reiki Master Teacher and sound healing facilitator, and , a certified sound ceremonialist, with the facilitators rotating roles each week.

Each session includes an immersive sound bath and an optional, consent-based individual offering. The format alternates each session:

V1:
The immersive sound bath is led by JJ Hu, who creates a continuous, soothing soundscape using crystal bowls and other nervous-system-calming instruments. During the sound bath, Dana Harvey offers optional, consent-based individual chakra tuning fork alignment. The tuning forks are used on or around the body to gently introduce precise vibration to specific energetic centres, supporting a sense of coherence and subtle alignment within the body.

V2:
The immersive sound bath is led by Dana Harvey, holding a grounded and spacious sonic journey. During the sound bath, JJ Hu offers optional individual reiki, providing gentle hands-on or hands-off energy work to support relaxation, balance, and energetic flow.

This is a rotating series. Participants are welcome to attend individual sessions or return bi-weekly to experience both offerings. All individual work is optional and offered with clear consent.

• A full-length immersive sound bath
• Optional individual tuning fork alignment or individual reiki offered on or around the body during the sound journey
• Optional opportunities to share, with no pressure to speak
• Time to integrate and connect at the end, with herbal tea

• You feel overstimulated, scattered, or mentally busy and are craving clarity and coherence
• You carry stress or tension in your body and find it hard to fully settle
• You sense something is “off” energetically and want subtle, precise support
• You’re moving through change and want gentle, non-verbal alignment rather than emotional processing
• You value well-held community spaces grounded in presence, care, and nervous system regulation

No prior experience with sound baths, tuning forks, reiki, chakra work, journaling, or group sharing is needed.

Individual energy and vibrational work are optional, consent-based, and may take place around the body or through instruments near the body. This experience is not a medical treatment.

• Yoga mat or soft cushioning
• Blanket and pillow for comfort
• Journal and pen (we will also have paper and pens)
• Eye coverings (we will have a few extras)
• Anything else that helps you feel warm, supported, and at ease

Please arrive on time so we can open and close the container together.

There is plenty of free street parking.

To find the studio, enter from Hastings Street and go up the stairs at ‘The Enterprise Center’ (to the left of ‘Anytime Fitness’, directly across the street from 'Green and Oak'). Take your first left after the stairs (into The Enterprise Centre), then walk straight down the hall to the studio on your right.

To keep the space sacred and safe, latecomers will not be admitted. Please allow yourself extra time to find parking and arrive 10 minutes in advance to settle in. Doors open at 7:20pm. (No refunds or credits for latecomers.)

is a Reiki Master and sound healing practitioner who offers trauma-aware, individualized energy work within the sound bath experience. While the sound journey is held through layered soundscapes, JJ works one-on-one in the space, offering personalized Reiki support to each participant. She also uses traditional Nepal Himalayan singing bowls placed gently on or near the body, allowing vibration and Reiki energy to work together to move through the physical body and nervous system.

This combined approach supports emotional release, deep relaxation, and energetic balance, helping participants soften stored tension and feel safely grounded—while remaining fully held within the collective sound experience.

is a sound ceremonialist and transformation guide who creates immersive spaces for healing, self-discovery, and connection. Blending ancient ritual with modern mindfulness, her ceremonies use crystal bowls, shamanic drumming, and intuitive voice to guide participants into deep states of relaxation and awareness. Her ethereal vocals feel like a lullaby for the soul, soothing participants into heart-openness and calm.
