What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a meditative experience that helps reduce stress, anxiety, depression and leaves you feeling relaxed, aligned and helps promote a better night’s rest. Cora uses instruments that play at different frequencies and vibrations that will bring your mind and body down to a meditative state. Every sound bath experience is so unique to everyone. You get to set any intentions that you might have or maybe you’re open to new experiences. Your only job is to breathe and soak in all the gentle vibrations.

What to expect?

You may feel some tingling sensations in your fingers and toes, have other body responses, or feel like you're floating - all of it is completely normal. You may even doze off for a few moments, allow your body to do what it needs to do!

What to bring?

Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you feel comfortable. Cora will have eye masks for you to use and take home.
