Join Michael in this immersive sound journey. In this group sound healing session you will experience a short guided meditation followed by a heart centered multi instrument journey in sound and vibration. Michael will use crystal singing bowls Tibetan singing bowls tuning forks gongs drums chimes rattles and other sacred instruments to trigger the relaxation response and bring you to a more calm and peaceful state.
The sounds and vibrations will help change your brain waves from an active beta state to a relaxed alpha state and then to a deeper relaxed theta state bringing your mind body soul and spirit to complete relaxation and pure bliss. This allows the body to heal and feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

Please bring a Yoga mat and maybe a pillow to make you more comfortable to recline.
